If this sounds like you, Erica Murphy Photography’s Senior Ambassador Program will be a great fit! The opportunity is for upcoming Seniors to work with me throughout the 2026-2027 school year. If you know you want Erica Murphy Photography to capture your senior portraits, want to get a discounted price on your Senior Session, feel comfortable in front of the camera, enjoy earning free stuff, and would like the opportunity to add to your professional resume, APPLY NOW! The ambassadorship includes the opportunity for a free senior session, free mini shoots, a free cap and gown session, referral gifts and, and a chance to make some amazing friendships! Open to all seniors in Butte, Sutter, & Yuba Counties as well as surrounding towns.
The program will start in August and will go until the end of the 2026-2027 school year. It will consist of at least 1 senior session for each ambassador, one team shoot with all ambassadors, and the opportunity to earn free mini shoots + gifts throughout the school year.
Each Ambassador is asked to promote Erica Murphy Photography and must be comfortable making social media posts regularly. You don't have to have any modeling experience... just be ready to laugh, have fun, and make incredible memories!
Sound good so far?! Great! Please read the information + details below with a PARENT OR GUARDIAN and submit your application. The student and parent will be required to sign a contract agreement prior to acceptance into the program. Applications are due by July 5th, but keep in mind if all positions fill for a specific High School the application will close sooner. Applications will be reviewed in order they are received and there are limited rep spaces for the program.
Investment
The total amount for being in the program is $350, which covers the cost of your Deluxe Package senior session ($200 discount!!!). A non-refundable $100 deposit is due when you commit to the program. The remaining balance is due at your photo session! Additionally, the group ambassador photoshoot will be FREE ($500+ value) The fee is non-refundable.
Promoting
All ambassadors are asked to actively promote Erica Murphy Photography. This includes being active on social media, posting photos from the ambassador shoots and making sure to give credit to Erica Murphy Photography. Each ambassador will need to make at least THREE posts/shares per month on their personal social media promoting my photography themselves. Posts/Shares can include Instagram stories from the shoots with a tag or Instagram/Facebook posts. Each ambassador must have a minimum of 2 instagram posts on their wall/feed made throughout the duration of the program. What if you have posted and shared but still don't send any booked referrals my way? No problem! You are still a valued part of the team and will be included in team activities!
Referrals
Being in the ambassador program means that you are asked to refer family/friends to Erica Murphy Photography. As you refer friends + family, you will receive gifts + perks. The gifts will not be given unless the people you refer book + pay for a session with me. You will also receive bonus gifts and discounts throughout the year just for being a part of the team! Refer to the gifts/perks flyer for details of what you will receive as an ambassador!
Community
Being a part of the Erica Murphy Photography Ambassador team is a great way to build connections + friendships with other like minded seniors in surrounding communities.
The Senior Experience
Senior year is what it's allllll about ya'll! Prom, senior nights, football games...Senior year is where it's at! And, I want your senior photo session to be MEMORABLE and FUN and one of THE BEST moments of senior year! I am confident that you will leave this experience with incredible memories + photos to remember it by.

As a member of the team, you will have this great experience to add to your resume. Additionally, I will gladly write a letter of recommendation for you and share my experience in working with you as a brand ambassador!

FAQ'S
Q: Wait...so to be an ambassador, all I have to do is share my experience with Erica Murphy Photography with my friends and family and refer them?
A: YES!! IT IS THAT SIMPLE.
Q: What happens if I spread the word, but nobody books a session?
A: No problem! You are still part of the EMP (Erica Murphy Photography) fam!!! And you will still be included in our gatherings/celebrations/group photoshoots
Q: Other than my $385 Senior Photoshoot fee, is there any additional fees I will have to pay throughout the program?
A: No, not at all!!
Q: How many ambassadors does each High School have?
A: Ideally, there will be 2-5 EMP ambassadors per High School. That number will vary based on the size of the school and other factors.
Q: Why do I have to pay for my photoshoot? Am I getting a discount?
A: You will receive a upgraded photoshoot (valued at $200), this is your first perk of being a brand rep with Erica Murphy Photography! It is important to me to have reps who are also invested in the program and are not just here for a "free photoshoot", but over the course of the program you will have the opportunity to earn over 2K dollars in perks! (perks and gifts are not redeemable for cash)
Q: Can gifts be exchanged for cash instead?
A: No
Q: When do I get to take my senior photos?
A: Your initial senior photo session should be completed prior to September 30, 2026. This will give you the opportunity to get your gallery back, start sharing and posting, and give you the chance to earn more photoshoots and perks!
Q: When are applications due for the class of 2026?
A: All applications are due by August 25
